WELCOME was founded in 2008 by two entrepreneurs, Doron Haleva and Adi Katzir. WELCOME works in the field of Real Estate innovation and deals with acquisition and improvement of real estate, management, maintenance and rental of apartments with a high standard of living, and in a new and modern city style. Today, the focus of WELCOME touches on the initiatives of various projects in the field of urban renewal, mainly in Beer Sheba. Our outlook on creating this project came from a vision of establishing a community. We wanted to create a place where the tenants on one hand could create a social foundation with one another and on the other hand have privacy in their furnished and spacious apartments. We wanted to allow them privacy as well as community in their shared space, which we believe is what creates a feeling of home and motivates the tenants to stay in the city after finishing with their studies.
