The Tech and Product teams at Welcome to the Jungle comprise approximately 100 people, with 50% of them working remotely. Their expertise covers a wide spectrum of roles, including Engineering, Quality Assurance, SRE, IT & Security, Product Management, Product Design, and Data. Diversity is our strength, and we value passion over diplomas. We come from all walks of life — that's what makes us strong! Elixir powers the backend of our services and products. With a functional programming paradigm and the reliability of the Erlang virtual machine, Elixir ensures our systems are robust and scalable. On the frontend, we rely on React along with our custom Welcome UI design system to craft seamless user experiences.
