The International Congress IC 2020, on the theme – Advanced Welding Technology & Quality Systems for Developing Economies, organized by the Indian Institute of Welding (IIW India), will take place with the following objectives: - To provide a dynamic forum for professionals for industries, academia and research institutes to share and enhance the latest in the knowledge base in Welding Science & Technology, discussing strategies to make local industries globally competitive - To discuss the ways of boosting industrialization through Skill development - Promote regional co-operation by actively involving neighboring countries The International Congress 2020 will also offer a platform for Young Professionals in the field of welding by having an exclusive Young Professional International Congress On the occasion of International Congress 2020, the Indian Institute of Welding, Mumbai Branch will concurrently organize an International Welding Exhibition – WELD INDIA 2020 WELD INDIA 2020- a 3 day International Welding Technology, Metallurgy, Material Testing & Non- Destructive Testing, Speciality Welding & Fabricating and Allied Products Industries Exhibition is scheduled to be held from 7th to 9th February 2020 at CIDCO Exhibition Centre Vashi New Mumbai.
