Welding Machine S.r.l was born in 1972 in Cambiago (Milano,Italy). He is started as a company that project and manufactured traditional spot welder. During the years we have moved towards the industrial automation for the metal packaging sector. Today our company develop the manufacture and design special machine customized on the customer request. On our machine catalogue you can find machines for weld the ear and rivets on can, machines for weld the handle-saddle on lids, welders for the lever lock on ring closure, machines for piercing hole and insert the plug or the nozzles ,welders for lateral handles on metallic containers,metal handle forming and fitting machines (whit and whitoiu knob)on metallic and plastic container pails and buckets, machine for assembly the flat plastic handle on metallic containers whit welded rivets, machine with press for pierce the hole and put plastic flange on the side of metallic containers. Our strong point are the handle saddle-welder SAMC (traditional saddle) e SCPLA (u-saddle), over the years we have always improved and customized them for each type of sadle, handle and lids; On these machines is possible with rapid adjustments to change the size of lids, the type of handles and in some cases also the saddles, also it is possible to add presses to piercing holes and additional stations to put the caps. In the last yaers we have added to our experience a machine to insert the nozzles with spout on the lids and we have optimized our machines to put the plastic handle MMP. We are available to study and design machinery for new products.
