The Well Balanced Care is a Multi-Disciplinary Teamof experienced allied health professionals who are committed to providing quality clinical services into regional, rural and remote communities around Australia. We do this via our face-to-face outreach programs and supported by ongoing virtual care. We believe that a person's health should not be determined by their postcode. It is our goal to ensure those living in regional rural and remote communities get values based health care when they need to lead a good and healthy life. Our allied health clinicians and management team understand the challenges faced in getting access to health care in remote communities and we have a tailored approach that allows our clinicians to work together with our patients and their families as a partner in providing care. There is no single solution, but through the use appropriate technology and evidence base practice we have the skills and experience to provide quality allied health services to our patients in their homes. Our team of experienced clinicians include: Occupational Therapist, Speech Pathology, Physiotherapy, Mental Health Professionals, Clinical Psychologist, Social Worker, Exercise Physiology, and Dietitians
