Well-being Lab

We value in our work the power of mindfulness, meditation, embodiment practices, and psychology to positively transform people's lives. We help people and change-makers to gain new knowledge and competencies through non-formal education methods within the areas of well-being, mental health and empathy building. We offer community workshops, practice and teach well-being tools to 'future facilitators' and participants, and retreats on mental health, personal development, and overall well-being combined with nature. We work actively with Erasmus+partnerships, we organize youth exchanges and training and professional training for youth workers on well-being models.
