Well Kneaded is a social enterprise that is connecting urban communities with regenerative growers and producers through award winning sourdough pizza. We have a pizzeria in Earlsfield and two event set ups. We won entrepreneur of the year 2022 at the Wandsworth Enterprise Award -which recognised our recent push for sustainability and increased nutrition in our food through milling ancient grains into our flour using our in-house mill- and our recently developed partnerships with sustainable growers. Employment opportunities: We partner with SPEAR & Providence House to provide employment opportunities to young people from inner city communities who face disadvantage. Our hope is that these young people would be pioneers of positive environmental stewardship through food creation and service.
