Well at Work

As part of the Mind Network, we know that for people to thrive in their jobs they must be physically and mentally healthy, and feel supported in their work environment. Since 2003, Well at Work has been raising awareness of mental health in the workplace, reducing stigma, and enabling staff to feel empowered with their own and other’s mental health with practical consultancy, training, and toolkits. We believe that taking small steps towards creating an open and supportive working environment can create a big changes to staff wellbeing and productivity levels, and we are here to help you on that journey. Well at Work is a social enterprise set up by the mental health charity Mind. All proceeds go towards improving mental health services in West London.
