Being physically fit or mentally strong or doing certain sporty things do not define wellbeing. A state of your conscience that is light clear & intuitive; ability of your mind to live, feel express each rasa that is programmed in you and master each by bringing balance, being guided by the conscience; and a healthy body that facilitates this experience – is a state of wellbeing. Wellbeing is an art of learning, understanding and accepting yourself at the first place. And then finding the right equation to let your mind, body & conscience function – not just at its best, but in a perfect co-ordination with each other tuned at a certain frequency – that enhances your living experience, to facilitate in achieving your objectives. Live your own life – be who you truly are, nothing else, nobody is more important than you to yourself. People…??? who love you truly would always accept you the way you are, and you won’t like to keep the burden of faking to people you care about? Through my therapies, I take my clients through self-discovery in terms of the physical body- its make, needs & elements, the subconscious frame and conscious capacity of mind,emotional vocabulary & psychological canvas, and their relationship with their conscience.
