Wellbeing Therapy Solutions offer a range of mental health and wellbeing services to children, young people and adults. The team provide a professional service from beginning to end and prides itself on building strong relationships with all clients. Every service is delivered to the highest standard and offered with support, compassion and expertise. We have a team of Occupational Therapists and a Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist who provided 1:1 sessions in our beautiful therapy rooms or online for anyone experiencing difficulties with their mental health or wellbeing. We also offer a full range of adult and youth Mental Health First Aid England courses. These are available on-site, off-site, in our training room in Leicester or online. We offer one-to-one and group supervision for teams and managers working in higher education, health and voluntary sectors, as well as managers in other industries who would like support and supervision in regard to employee health and wellbeing. Our workplace wellbeing services are extremely popular as businesses throughout the UK try to develop a positive wellbeing culture for their staff, particularly in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic.
