I am an accredited facilitator/trainer and love teaching workshops around, mental health & wellbeing, self care (i.e. self massage techniques), emotional intelligence, building resilience and nutrition. My mission is to help as many people as possible adopt mindset shifts and practical strategies that transform their relationship with anxiety, stress, low confidence, low motivation, and depression. I work with a diverse range of clients, including those struggling with ADHD (including self-diagnosed, like myself at present), menopause, anxiety, Type 2 diabetes, burnout, and negative thought patterns. Known for my holistic approach to therapy and coaching, I consider physical, mental, emotional, and social factors to address each client’s unique challenges. My focus is on providing immediate, effective solutions to help you rediscover your true, happy self—painlessly and permanently. At Wellbeing Warrior, I bring a wealth of lived experience and knowledge to empower others in taking control of their own wellbeing. My journey began with a GNVQ in Health and Social Care, followed by qualifications as a Nutritional Therapist, and recently, an MSc in Mental Health focusing on the safety and efficacy of MDMA for treating PTSD in adults. With 20 years of self-taught nutrition expertise, I am dedicated to sharing practical, life-enhancing knowledge.
