Founded by wellness & spa industry senior consultant Dr. Nikos Kouremenos, with 25 +years of project design & management experience in various countries in all types and sizes of sports, health & fitness and spa facilities. First founded in 1996 as Fitness Academy , working with the American College of Sports Medicine, IDEA The Health & Fitness Assocation and IHRSA the Health & Racketsports Clubs Association. Then Nikos went on working as an Executive member of the Athens 2004 Organizing Committee (2001-2004) and the Special Olympics 2011. Worked with global consultancy Raison d'Etre for 11 years (2013-2024) and designed and managed some of the largest fitness/wellness facilties, ranging from 2000sq.m. to 5000sq.m. as well as spa - thalasso centers like Cascades Thalasso in Soma Bay of 7500sq.m.
