Here at the Wellness Academy, we are supported by Dr Dorian Dugmore (PhD in Cardiovascular Medicine), together with an exercise physiologist and a chartered physiotherapist. As a team, we offer a unique service identifying your cardiac, musculoskeletal and lifestyle risk factors, with advice on how you can improve and sustain these.
Corporate Wellness
Dr Dugmore and the team also run programmes in the corporate setting that range from an audit of a company’s employee health to measuring key cardiovascular and lifestyle risk numbers of employees on-site, producing a report with company wellness recommendations.

Dr. Dorian Dugmore, our CEO is internationally hailed as an expert in cardiovascular health, sports health and corporate wellness, with over 30 years of working in both the medical and corporate arenas. He has developed strategies and treatments for the promotion of cardiac health among athletes, coaches and business executives alike. His programmes have resulted in him winning World & European Best Practice awards for Corporate Wellness.
Pioneering cardiac rehabilitation schemes around the world, Dr. Dugmore has held some of the highest-level medical and leadership positions in his field and earned multiple awards for his work in recognition of his contribution to improving the quality of life in the community.
