Wellness and Walking Holidays

Throughout the year we offer itineraries in various locations that individuals can book on to. We create Group Wellness Holidays using hotels, B&Bs and occasionally retreat style accommodation for exclusive use. We hire local instructors / guides to provide an itinerary of wellness activities throughout your stay. These are not "hosted" holidays as you might expect on a group retreat, and we typically offer 1 or 2 classes per day, in the morning and/or evening so during the day you usually have free time to do your own thing. We give you suggestions for your free time, and where possible we can offer optional add ons. We always provide details of self guided walks in the area. Wellness activities take place either at your accommodation (if there is a suitable space), or in community centres / halls within reasonable walking distance of your accommodation. Activities vary by holiday, but could include: Yoga Pilates Qigong Tai Chi Sound/Gong bath Wild swimming Guided meditation Guided walk Foraging Reiki Zumba HIIT (High-intensity interval training) Paddleboarding Private Groups If you are looking for something a little different to the published holidays, we can tailor an itinerary to your groups needs, within your specified dates and duration. Or if you wish to book a published holiday for a private group we can close off the date for you, as long as there is nobody else booked on. A special group rate can be discussed.
