Wellness Centered is a full Nurse Practitioner Primary Care and Functional Medicine office, led by Jennifer Holmberg, a Family Nurse Practitioner trained in Functional Medicine. We provide comprehensive medical care that blends traditional primary care with a functional approach, focusing on the root causes of health concerns to promote long-term wellness. A key offering at Wellness Centered is our Medical Weight Loss Program, which includes personalized medical evaluation, weight loss injections, ongoing support, and follow-up care to help clients achieve their health and fitness goals. We also provide a range of complementary and alternative therapies, including massage therapy, Reiki, yoga, meditation, red light therapy, IV wellness therapy, emotional freedom technique (EFT), facials, and aesthetic treatments.
