We offer a FREE Online Wellness Evaluation, together with the opportunity of getting onto a nutritional program where our coaching services are an added bonus. I have been coaching for over 17 years and our passion is to educate, inspire and motivate people. Our main focus is on long-lasting, healthy lifestyle changes, not on quick fixes and we believe this is achieved easier with the support of a coach. A good coach will help you build confidence in your ability to make changes and create new habits on your own, so eventually, a coach is no longer needed.
Wellness means different things to different people but we all want to physically be able to carry out our daily activities without too much difficulty and also decrease the risk of developing chronic illnesses such as hypertension, diabetes, heart disease, etc.
