Wellness Inventory

Wellness Inventory is an online, whole person wellbeing program designed to help individuals gain insight into their physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual wellness. The program offers guidance and tools to transform this new awareness into sustainable lifestyle and attitudinal change, resulting in improved overall life-balance, enhanced personal wellbeing, and a greater capacity for optimal living. The program includes a whole person assessment (in 12 dimensions of wellbeing), personal wellbeing and motivation profiles, dynamic action plan integrated with a virtual coach wizard to support small steps for continual improvement in specific areas of high motivation, email reminders, progress trackers, a personal journal, targeted ongoing reassessment, and other key tools and resources to support people on their wellness journey The program is based on the work of wellness pioneer John W.
