Wellness Support Alliance

Wellness Support Alliance partners with organizations who are seeking to support their employee's overall well-being and mental health in the workplace. Our mission is to break down the mental health stigma and create healthier, more resilient workplaces by empowering individuals to enhance their mental wellness through education, resilience building, and promoting self-care. We serve first responders, 911 operators, crisis lifeline and helpline operators, health care workers and others in high-stress occupations. Our team also has experience in providing wellness services for veterans, educational institutions and youth programs. The wellness training we provide is centered around education, prevention and early detection. By equipping individuals with the knowledge and skills to manage stress and overcome trauma we help make a positive impact on employee mental health, productivity, performance and retention.
