Being is a digital mental health brand and private practice created to explore our emotions through the lens of science. We use evidence-based methods to help explain why people think, feel, and behave in certain ways so they can take better care of their being. Through our clinic, we offer a range of services that include individual sessions and group sessions, as well as workshops and consultations for organizations.
