The Well [ previously known as The ACE Collective ] offers inspiring and empowering experiences, retreats, an online membership community, and facilitated advisory groups/masterminds for heart-driven leaders, entrepreneurs, creative CEOs, and disruptors who are committed to growth, scaling responsibly, and leaving a legacy. Our members receive unconditional support, expansive perspectives, and learning through the experience and peer-to-peer mentorship of others. Our Mastermind groups of 5-7 like-leveled women are paired through business and life experience, shared values, mutual responsibility, drive and passion for innovation, disruption, and the entrepreneurial spirit.
