WeLocals Inc is a 501(C)3 non-profit that provides tools to communities and local businesses to encourage people to support all things local. We do this because we know that this makes the communities we live in stronger and more vibrant. Our tools include coaching sessions using the Gonsalves Method™ (on connecting, engaging, and committing to local customers), a local customer loyalty app and CRM that can easily be integrated into any community, an online network of small business owners and a bi-weekly news digest - "The BIG small" We work with communities and local business associations to help strategize and implement programs that encourage local behavior and support of all things local. Now, more than ever, our customer engagement app can help speed the process of local businesses re-engaging and re-connecting with customers in the community.
