Welsen has modern office facility of over 5,000 square meters, over 300 professionals, including nearly 50certified public accountants, 25 certified costing engineers,9 certified assets appraisers,12 certified tax agents,2 attorneys; 12 senior entitled professional,3 provincial certified consulting experts,2 national industrial leading talents, 3 Chinese senior certified public accountants and one part-time professor.
