A joint venture between the Development Bank of Wales (Welsh Government) and Meridiam, the Welsh Education Partnership (WEPCo) was formed in 2020 as a not-for-profit organisation to deliver education and community facilities in line with the Well-being of Future Generations Act.
Since then, we’ve become a trusted partner for local authorities, colleges, and businesses, supporting the development and implementation of programmes that not only deliver and maintain new education buildings, but improve the aspirations of young people and the wider community.
