WM3D is a construction technology company specializing in providing Building Information Modeling and Coordination (BIM), 3D modeling, and laser scanning services. We are a certified Minority/Woman Owned Business Enterprise (M/WBE) through the City of Denver. BIM Coordination provides clients with a comprehensive understanding of a construction project, helping to identify potential issues and minimize risk throughout the construction process. We leverage CAD software to model future conditions, while laser scanning provides 3D documentation of as-built conditions. Major clients include architects, building owners, general contractors, and MEP contractors.
