Beyond The Military Coaching

Hi, I'm Wendi Wray! Today I'm a woman of God, wife, mother of 2, veteran, and dedicated to helping military women be an example of what's possible. Former Army Officer obsessed with her military career. So how do I know what you're going through and what you need? At work I was confident and in control but away from the military environment I felt overwhelmed and out of control. I spent every waking moment at work ignoring my body, family, and dreams. I noticed the disconnect and discovered coaching. I learned to coach myself and found out I could rewire my mind to create a thriving purposeful life. Today, I feel so humbled to get to teach military women how to manage their mind to ultimately improve their contribution as a human and female leader. You are here for a reason. It's time for you to start thriving beyond your military uniform. You know you are destined for so much more. You can choose to continue your same routine with same daily struggles OR you can choose to believe in you and your connection to something bigger than you. Managing your mind requires a thought process or what I consider retraining your mind. I teach you the thought process you need to begin improving relationships, eliminating bad habits and feel happier with yourself.
