At work I was confident and in control but away from the military environment I felt overwhelmed and out of control. I spent every waking moment at work ignoring my body, family, and dreams.
I noticed the disconnect and discovered coaching. I learned to coach myself and found out I could rewire my mind to create a thriving purposeful life.
Today, I feel so humbled to get to teach military women how to manage their mind to ultimately improve their contribution as a human and female leader.
