WEOP is an organization led by women of color, that develops and promotes innovative program initiatives fostering the economic advancement of self-employed and women owned small businesses with training, resources, and professional networks. WEOP provides a sense of power, purpose and a platform for women, advocating for policies that leads to business opportunities, financial sustainability, leadership roles, and civic involvement.
The mission is supporting by building an ecosystem of collaborative partnerships with corporations, businesses, community organizations, anchor institutions and community stakeholders to provide clients with advanced training, business resources, netwokrs and opportunities.
