WeProject established a Project Management Office (PMO) to support organizations as an extension to their team. Our PMO offers mentorship/coaching, (one-on-one or group) training and project management resources to help with short-, mid-, and long-term engagements. The WeProject vision is to bridge gaps that naturally exist between stakeholders, to improve efficiencies and reduce work-related stress. The WeProject customer is defined as 'a group' of stakeholders; WeProject's loyalty is to project deliverables, while building trusting relationships among the group; the WeProject promise is to hold all stakeholders accountable to contractual obligations and mediate when necessary.
