Werk24’s Artificial Intelligence automatically understands Engineering Drawings and makes their information available in a structured way. This allows our customers to automate processes that so far have required a trained engineer. The available information includes: 1. Title Block Information (Drawing ID, Designation, Material, General Tolerance…), as well as; 2. Drawing Information (Measures, Tolerances, Thread, GD&T, Radii, Surface Roughness, Inspection Measure, etc.) Werk24’s service is offered as SaaS (Software as a Service) in the Cloud and can be integrated through a documented API available at https://docs.werk24.io. We recommend an integration into your system through our Python Client (pip install werk24). Typical use-cases include: 1. Identification of Price Drivers for Quoting Software: We help online manufacturing platforms create real-time price calculation that uses information that is missing in the 3D-models: e.g., material, tolerances, etc. 2. Screening of Drawings for Additive Manufacturing: Our AI automatically allows software companies in the additive realm perform part screening when a 3D model is missing. 3. Master Data Update: often Technical Drawings offer a higher data quality than the Master Data database. With Werk24 this information becomes available for huge datasets within hours.
