The Erasmus+ WESEM project focuses on training students and professionals in forestry and agriculture to become advisors in ehtical farm management. WESEM encourages sustainable practices and help earn the Wildlife Estate label, promoting coexistence between agriculture and conservation.
OUR GOALS
• To raise awareness of the fundamental importance of ethical and sustainable management and mantainance of private land estates and the environmental benefits this will bring
• To fill the gap in the labour market related to the lack of professionals able to advise on issues related to nature and biodiversity conservation
• To train advisors in nature conservation through a flexible, practical and fully online vocational training system
• To encourage more landowners to join Wildlife Estate labelling scheme
