Wesley Chapel Fire Department is situated in the south-west corner of Union County, NC bordering both Lancaster and Mecklenburg Counties. Our primary service area encompasses roughly 48 square miles with a population just over 50,000.
Services are provided from three strategic locations, delivering 24/7x 365 protection to the Village of Marvin, the Town of Weddington, the Village of Wesley Chapel, areas of Unincorporated Union County and a small portion of Indian Trail.
The Department was established in 1975 by a small group of local community members with a passion to serve their community. While a lot has changed over the years, our guiding principles and community focus have stayed the same. Providing professional emergency services to you is our number one priority and we pledge to continue our focus ensuring you and your family is as safe as possible.
