Wessmaps Housing Trust was established in 2014 to address the need of pure housing related support for vulnerable people and adults living in supported living settings across Hampshire and the surrounding counties. Our staff are widely experienced in all processes of housing with over 20years experience in support, housing and the public social care system. Ultimately we are passionate about providing a truly ‘person centred plan’ to a wide variety of individuals with a range of complex needs. We aim to enable each individual with the support and independence they need to confidently access the community.
