West 192 Development Authority

The W192 Development Authority is the single management agency responsible for overseeing all of the programs and projects related to planning, coordinating, implementing and managing the redevelopment and revitalization of the W192 tourism district from the Osceola-Polk County line to Hoagland Boulevard. It includes the W192 Community Redevelopment Area (CRA) and the W192 Municipal Service Benefit Unit (MSBU) areas and will plan, design, construct, administer, operate, and maintain programs and projects that enhance the functioning and aesthetics of the District, including public transit facilities.
