W4 Incorporadora is a real estate development company that covers a number of activities, from the purchase of raw land to the sale of multifamily homes, both in the form of apartment buildings or condominiums of houses. W4 was founded in order to capitalize on the growth potential of the Brazilian real estate market. We believe the combination of a nascent real estate capital market and the underlying macroeconomic trends have created a window of opportunity in Brazil. Our partners’ background includes both Brazilian and international asset management, investment structuring and executive management experience. This multinational experience allows us to understand and seek appropriate investments that match our investment criteria.
