West Neck Management was co-founded in 2018 as a direct investment platform to help investors, seeking diversity to their investment portfolios, and find risk adjusted real estate investment opportunities. As real estate investors, we are constantly seeking value-add cash-flowing assets, with downside protection, in favorable markets across the US. WNM takes care of the entire process for investors, from identifying the opportunity, surveying the sub-market, connecting buyers to lenders, and full property management after closing, including but not limited to maintenance issues and the eviction process. We're a team consisting of nearly 20 years in business start-ups, hands-on management and real estate. What sets us apart is our combined vast knowledge of residential real estate, portfolio management, commercial real estate finance, acquisitions and a depth of servicing/work-out. We're real estate investors ourselves, and understand concerns about leasing, tenants, property damage, evictions, maintenance and legal compliance.
