West Philly Runners

West Philly Runners! We meet for group runs on Wednesday at 6:30 pm at 44th and Baltimore in Clark Park (at least during COVID times) and we run three distances: 2, 4, and 6 miles. Paces vary from turtles to squirrels. During COVID, our Wednesday runs are not ending at a local establishment where we rehydrate with some beers. We'll be back to that routine once things go back to "normal." We also run an interval workout on Monday at 5:30pm at Penn Park. And we have a Friday morning run that *ends* at 7am so everyone runs on their own and then joins up at the Woodlands gates for a distanced high five and stretch.
