West Yorkshire Hospice Collaborative (Wyhc)

West Yorkshire Hospice Collaborative (Wyhc) company information, Employees & Contact Information

The West Yorkshire Collaborative unites ten hospices across the region to enhance and extend palliative and end-of-life care for our communities. Our Collaborative includes eight adult hospices and two children’s hospices. Seven hospices are independent charities—Forget Me Not Hospice, The Kirkwood, Martin House, Overgate Hospice, The Prince of Wales Hospice, St Gemma’s Hospice, and Wakefield Hospice. The remaining three, Marie Curie Bradford, Sue Ryder Wheatfields, and Sue Ryder Manorlands, are part of national organisations. Born out of the challenges of the Covid-19 pandemic in 2020, we united our expertise, experience, and passion to make a difference. By joining forces, we discovered the power of a collective voice to drive real change. Our mission is clear and inspiring: to ensure that everyone across West Yorkshire has access to the palliative and end-of-life care they truly deserve. Together, we are committed to making this vision a reality.
