The founding Members of WIN formed a relationship with the intent to build a collaborative coalition of like-minded independent insurance agencies with shared objectives in order to maximize each Member's profitability and competitive positioning in growing and servicing their local client base.
WIN Member Agencies are focused on remaining independent all while retaining 100% ownership of their books of business and 100% of contracted commission.
WIN Members gain direct access to national & regional insurance carriers, niche products, new markets, commission overrides and profit sharing.
