We offer end-to-end support and this includes preparing information memorandums, tender documents, advice on loan structures and reviewing terms & conditions from funders. We negotiate terms including interest rates, fees, security suites and covenant packages. Will be by your side throughout the entire lending process enabling speedy financial close.
