Established in 1998, Western Engineering (Pvt.) Ltd. (WEL) is dedicated to shaping our nation's future through contributions in various domains. Our focus spans hydraulic structures, water control systems, bridges, roads, jute-related products, and solar energy. From its inception, WEL championed sustainability, integrating economic prosperity, environmental harmony, and social well-being. We've evolved, embracing mechanization and modernization, optimizing efforts, and reducing environmental impact. WEL has completed 66 diverse projects and currently manages 52 projects across Bangladesh with 4,500 dedicated employees and 581 machinery units. Navigating rivers like Padma, Jamuna, Meghna, Tista, and Brahmaputra posed challenges, but WEL procured 36 state-of-the-art dredgers from the USA, Netherlands, and China, establishing itself as Southeast Asia's premier dredging company.
