Western Project Services (WPS) provides project management, contract management and site management services in the road, rail and water sectors across regional NSW.
With offices in Bathurst, Parkes and Coffs Harbour, and 30 staff and specialist contractors living and working in regional towns and cities, the WPS team is well known and respected by many local councils and key NSW Government departments including Transport for NSW offices across the state. Our people bring these strong relationships to help smooth the day-to-day running of our projects.
We currently manage the development and delivery of $1B in infrastructure projects and programs across regional NSW. We have a particularly strong track record with Transport for New South Wales (TfNSW) and local government agencies. Our road experience ranges from large industry-defining projects to minor works and smaller developer-funded projects.
Our expanded service offering now includes professional services in the rail and water sectors, as well as consulting services in traffic management planning, construction staging, surveillance and construction verification, and grants and funding applications.
Our highly skilled professional staff utilise industry best practice and the latest technology to provide program and project management services that give our clients confidence that they can accurately deliver their projects on time and on budget.
