Westerton Search was founded almost by accident, to compliment it’s sister advisory business to support their recruitment agency advisory clients with several confidential board level and leadership appointments. Now becoming a business in it’s own right, with a small but experienced team managing each search, Westerton Search focuses on fulfilling non-fee earning leadership roles in recruiting agencies and related human-capital and talent sectors. Our specific areas of focus include: CEO/MD CFO/FD & finance function Marketing leadership and marketing function Sales & BD leadership HR/TA & Operational functions We operate as though every position is confidential to keep the opportunity feeling more exclusive. We have a two-tier assessment process prior to submittal, acting as if we were hiring the individual and use traditional recruitment marketing and outreach methods to ensure the people we approach get a tailored, personal experience to increase the likelihood of securing that individual, should they be the right person, right from the start. Having the background of scaling several agencies up to £60m turnover and two financial events (one £8figures), we believe, gives us the opportunity to have conversations with the people that traditional recruiters in the sector can’t if they aren’t active on the job market.
