Westfields Homes Ltd was founded in 2005 and was originally established to work closely with Westfields Construction Ltd with the vision to designing and building luxury residential homes in London and the South East.
Westfields Homes Ltd now solely focuses on delivering a range of services and properties from apartments to large luxury houses. Our management team has amassed over 25 years experience in the construction and real estate industry and we apply our in house expertise to deliver exceptional results from the initial land acquisition through to post completion customer care.

Our land and development team are continually seeking new opportunities to add to our portfolio and have an active appetite for opportunities with or without planning. We have developed many sites in London and the Home Counties and have acquired considerable expertise in maximising planning gains and therefore the value of an individual’s property or land.
Build
Our delivery team has extensive knowledge in a wide range of building projects, from new build to conversions and refurbishments. In addition to the services mentioned, we offer a unique turn-key service for clients seeking design, build and project management from start to finish. We provide in-house training for all our employees and ensure that our suppliers meet regulatory and our company standard for safety, quality and the environment.
