Westside CARES provides care and compassion to our neighbors in need. We gratefully serve neighbors experiencing poverty and homelessness on the west side of El Paso County, Colorado, offering both preventative and remedial programs to address immediate needs. Our caring services include home programs (housing navigation and rental, mortgage, and utilities assistance), health programs (consultations with an RN-PNP, assistance with clothing, hygiene, documentation, and transportation needs as well as healthy four-day food baskets at six local pantries), and hope programs (community clean-ups, back-to-school supplies, mail services and special holiday programs).
