TurboCare

TurboCare is a smart SaaS product developed by Bizlers Technologies Pvt. Ltd., a Pune based tech start-up, with the aim of revolutionizing the way automobile service sector works. This is an AI-based automobile workshop management platform which is developed after extensive on-field and off-field research. We are currently working on making a better solution over the traditional paperwork and manual ecosystem for automobiles after-sales sector by adding our touch of complete digitization of the process, easing off the workload and promoting compatibility among all the sectors jointly involved in the process. Incorporating the power of AI and deep learning algorithms in an interactive and user-friendly manner we aim to digitize as well as bring a sense of uniformity, transparency, and security, covering both authorized as well as unauthorized automobile service centers, hence increasing the throughput of this large customer deficit market. Our services revolve around four pillars of workshop management which are Financial Management, Customer Management, Workforce Management, Inventory management By working and focusing our energy on these four pillars we ensure our customers get a digital infrastructure that is reliable, easy-to-use and feature-rich that will make their workshop management easier, more efficient, more profitable and paperless. Based on our interaction with several garage owners, mechanics and technicians over the months, a common concern was the ease of use of the system and hence we have given emphasis on developing a powerful UI/UX design with a mobile-first approach. We are following a Spiral Model-based development approach with each phase being executed as per a timeline to create a complete ecosystem for automobile after-sales service sector which includes end user's segment as a one-stop solution for all automobile needs from purchase to servicing of the vehicles.
