WeWilder by WWF

WeWilder is a social enterprise partnership between WWF Romania and local community members. Our mission is to create a blueprint for sustainable development of local communities on the frontline of nature conservation. We work to bring people closer to wild nature and create true value for people and nature in Armeniș commune and the foothills of Țarcu Mountains. Here WWF and Rewilding Europe are working to create a rewilding landscape, with over 120 free roaming bison. Together with locals, we co-created responsible tourism around the bison and offer planet friendly team retreats. WeWilder Campus is the place to reconnect and recharge, eat only from farm to table and connect deeply to the wilderness. Our hosted workspaces are a gateway for inspiration, innovation and sustainable ideas. 100% of the costs of your retreat are going into a local circular economy and are helping build a nature-friendly society. 10% of this are funding community conservation projects implemented with locals.
