Founded in 2017 by Michael Wilkinson, we specialize in investing and developing commercial and industrial real estate through core, core-plus and value add opportunities. We focus on properties that are located in high-growth areas with strong demographics that will provide immediate, attractive, and sustainable investment opportunities with both regular quarterly income and long-term capital appreciation.
