WF Recycle-Tech is a UK pyrolysis technology provider producing ethical, environmentally friendly and economically viable systems to be used in the recycling of End of Life Tyres (ELTs) throughout the world.
Our patented thermo-dynamic process takes shredded rubber crumb from ELTs and breaks it down using a combination of kinetic energy and heat to produce three end products: Tyre Pyrolysis Oil, Syngas and a recovered Carbon Black (rCB) all of which have commercial applications.
Our systems are manufactured using tried and tested engineering technology configured in an innovative manner to create a unique two stage continuous process.
The WF Recycle-Tech team includes the backing of our shareholders Farrel Pomini as well as their sister company HF Mixing Group. Farrel are a global leader in the production of compounding systems for the polymer processing industry and HF are one the world’s largest suppliers of equipment to the tyre industry with an infrastructure and track record of supplying processing equipment globally. WF's partnership with these firms allows the company to draw on over 100 years of experience in supplying processing equipment, with specific focus on the tyre industry. Combining this core business with WF’s patented system, we intend to close the tyre recycling loop.
