WGIMC, LLC is a Texas based firm founded by four partners - Albert Baranchuk, Boris Liubovitch, Leonid Prumanov and Moshe (Oshi) Gat.
All 4 partners have engineering background with 20+ years of experience in software and hardware, and very passionate about real estate.
The partnership was created in 2014 to acquire and operate multifamily assets.
Since then WGIMC has successfully acquired over 1,400 multifamily units in Texas, out of which 200 units has been sold bringing passive investors solid returns.
What do we do:

Our business model is to increase returns by bringing new capital to eliminate deferred maintenance, reduce expenses by providing better management and
negotiating better vendor contracts, improve the overall environment of the living area for our tenants.
Our proven relationships with the best in class brokers, lenders, inspectors, attorneys, management companies and general contractors help us creating exceptional results for our investors, and also reduce the risk of their investments
* Syndicate the deals - WGIMC has about 200 investors who invested with us at least once. Majority of our investors are returning investors who partnered with us for more than one deal.
* Provide mentorship – using our extensive experience we help beginning individuals buy their own multifamily properties.
