We are fully embedded at Carver High School in south Atlanta operating 3 spaces: our free CORner Store, a parent and community HUB, and a mini HUB providing drop-in mental wellness support to teens. Being onsite everyday and integrated into the school's culture allows us to develop meaningful relationships which are integral to addressing and moving through trauma, creating protective factors, and enhancing student success and their overall health and well-being.
POWER OF PREVENTION: We also push-in to every grade level to teach students a tailored prevention education training, which equips our teens with the skills, knowledge and tools they need to make healthy, informed choices for life both in and out of the classroom.
POWER OF PARENTING: We offer parent and caregiver support, as well as, parent workshops to help our families raise resilient kids with confidence and to learn how to focus on their own social and emotional wellness.
