Where Emotions Flow

Where Emotions Flow is a mental health organization that aims to raise awareness & understanding of emotional dysregulation in teenagers, empowering them to thrive emotionally with peer support, knowledge, and supportive resources. We have published 150+ research articles on our website, and reached over 27,000 people through social media. We have organized events and programs that have provided emotional relief and actionable support for hundreds of individuals struggling with mental health issues. Some of our ongoing programs that share the same motive include: our one on one peer counseling sessions, and our relatable podcast show, Reel & Relatable: Teen Talks.
